Beautiful and Well Built
This is our second price of Leathercraft furniture. Our big dog ate a cushion from our 12-year-old couch, Leathercraft was able to make us a new one but with the wear on the old the mismatch was obvious so this old awesome couch was moved to the red room to make way for the Garland. I’m a big guy with big football-playing boys and tons of guests in our house. We need solid construction furniture and this is the stuff. Our new sofa is beautiful and comfortable as well as well built. The leather is high quality and soft. This is our forever couch although, Snoopdogg has lost his free-range privileges in the house while we are out. - K. Eichholtz, January 2022

AMAZING Customer service - about 3 months after our bed was set up by the assembly we paid for, two of the feet supporting the slats had broken and were not supporting the bed properly. We called the store and sent pictures of what happened and they sent us new oak feet (the previous ones were poplar). It turns out the installers had not properly tightened the hardware that led to failure - but the store made it right!
